Dear Nicolas,
indeed, this feature is a little bit confusing, but it is all right. The
first image you select will be displayed in "voxel space", without the
information of 'mat'-file. All other images are displayed according to the
orientation of the first one. So, all information of the 'mat' files are
used, just the 'point of view' can be different. If the images in 'Check
Reg' are in the correct relation to each other, every thing will be fine,
also in 'world space', which is the reference space in the Display option.
