Dear SPMers
We slice time, reorient (to match to template), realign, normalise and then
smooth our data before running an SPM using SPM99.
After normalising, the volumes are supersampled to be 2x2x2mm and approx 60
slices, and transformed into the normalised template space using
'meanafilename_sn3d.mat' information.
The question is, after we've identified a region in the reults, how can we
map back to that region in the original data (in our case 1.875x1.875x5mm 20
slices). How do we use the 'Affine', 'MG'and 'MF' matrices (and whatever
else we need to use) within the sn3d file to do this 'reverse Affine'?
If anyone knows or has done this themselves, help would be greatfully
appreciated.
Thanks
Neil
