Dear Andreas
It's great pleasure to hear from you.
However, I can not find a way to obtain your
template in your mail.
I have made my template for FDOPA from a
static image of a 45 y/o healthy male. The image
was acquired from 90 to 125 minutes post
injection. and I have used it for one study to
compare a group of Parkinson's disease patients
from another group of olivopontocerebellar
atrophy patients. The result is significant only
in uncorrected level (p less than o.oo1), but not
a single voxel was significant in the corrected
level.
The problem I think may be due to 1) the few
sample size I have. 2) The template I used. or 3)
there is no difference anyway (???) 4) other
reason unknown to me.
I think I will try to make a new template
from some more healthy subjects and try again, or
I could use yours for a try.
Any message/comment/advise/instruction is
welcome.
Thanks
