Hi Sun,
we have made a template in Talairach space for F-DOPA studies that you (or
anyone else) are welcome to use. However, at least in our hands, this alone
may not solve your registration problems because early after injection the
scans may not have enough structure and later in the experiment almost all
the activity is located in the basal ganglia. One approach is to sum the
images first and register the average image to the template. I'd be curious
to hear about your experience.
