Is there anybody in the SPM community who has experience
with Rainer Goebel's BrainVoyager?
I think we've resolved all the difficult issues relating
to importing different kinds of SPM data into BrainVoyager,
but I'm stuck on an apparently straightforward segmentation
issue.
Whenever I segment the white matter in a structural volume
and create a mesh from the grey-matter layer BrainVoyager
surrounds this with, there is always a gap in statistical
map overlays on the mesh around the occipital pole. This wouldn't be
a problem, except it's the only area we're interested in
for retinotopic mapping studies.
The data being imported has been coregistered in SPM,
and fits the structural very well indeed, but in BrainVoyager
it is almost impossible to prevent a mesh from lying about 1
or 2mm beyond the coverage of the SPM data in some parts
of the occipital region.
There are some pictures showing what I mean on my PC:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated -
