Digitized versions of the Talairach atlas appear in the Talairach Daemon
and BRAID, see eg:
http://biad73.uthscsa.edu/
http://braid.rad.jhu.edu/examples/example_50.result.html
I hope this is legal since I have also been distributing digitized
coordinates of some parts of the Talairach atlas in connection with my
toolbox (http://hendrix.imm.dtu.dk/software/brede/). If this is not legal
then perhaps an effort should go into digitizing Colin Holmes?
