Dear all,
I am performing voxel-based morphometry on groups of patients with left
and right medial temporal sclerosis and controls. I have masked
contrasts to see which structural abnormalities are homogenous and which
abnormalities are isolated to each patient group.
However, when results are thresholded at P<0.05 (corrected), inclusive
results differ somewhat for left and right MTS depending on which
contrast I start with. I was under the impression that inclusive output
should be the same for both groups, regardless of which of the two
contrasts I start with.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks, Simon
