Dear SPMers,
We have a PET study with 2 groups and three conditions A B and C within
each group. We are interested in estimating
(i.) D = 2C - (A+B) within each group and
(ii.) the difference in the D's between the groups 1 and 2: D_1 - D_2.
We already ran a test for the difference and noted that there are areas
where the difference is significant. What we would like to obtain next are
the point estimates of D_1 and D_2 and their corresponding errors so
that we can form confidence intervals for the D's as well as for D_1 -
D_2.
SPM gives boxplots corresponding to the contrast of parameter estimates:
effects of interest. Does this give us a graphical display of the answer
to our question?
Thanks.
