Dear Helpline Members,
I am a new user of spm99 with no previous background in Neuroimaging. Currently we are trying to complete the analyses of a PET (O15) study. I've run the Results, but I'm having difficulty getting a plot that looks at rCBF in the Anterior Cingulate Cortex during the Stroop Activation task compared to the Neutral Stroop task. When I do the plot for the ACC the Y axis is written as "Response at [-8,26,44]" with a range of -4 to 4. Could someone please explain to me how I can get the individual subject data points and numbers for rCBF in the ACC rather than "Response at [-8,26,44]? I set my contrasts at 0 1 -1 to represent our Rest Condition, Active Condition and our Neutral Condtion. If anyone could offer some assistance I would be extremely greatful.
Thank you so much,
