You could use the batch mode to do this, but there is no need to do
this. As far as I understand it your analysis could be split up in
mainly three steps which need only a small amount of user interaction:
First, you want to spatially normalize each of your images. You could do
this in one step, instructing SPM to normalize images from 91 subjects.
Secondly, any smoothing can also be done in one step. The analysis is
the last step and there you would specify one model for all your
observations.
