Hello,
Installing spm on my desktop pc (running Linux kernel 2.2.17 and Matlab 6) I got
the warning:
Compiling mex files...
spm_add.c: In function `mexFunction':
spm_add.c:107: warning: decimal constant is so large that it is unsigned
Is this something to worry about? SPM seems to act perfectly normal.
I've changed two files to compile spm smoothly:
1. In spm_platform, I changed 'LNX86' into 'GLNX86' (adapting to our sysadmin's
taste) and commented out line 197 (matlab warns about isieee being obsolete et
cetera.)
2. gccopts.sh is, on our system, /opt/matlab6-Rel12/bin/gccopts.sh
Does anyone else know about this?
thanks,
Alle Meije Wink
