In order to facilitate slice timing, I've redone the spm_slice_timing code
to allow for acquisitions in saggital and coronal planes rather than just
axial. In addition, I've allowed for slice timing to be done in the batch
mode. I've tested both implementations on some of my data, but I would
like it to be tested or looked over by an SPM guru/author before ensuring
that it is bug free and entirely correct.
In order to run the batch mode, several things must be done. Another case
must be added to the switch in spm_bch.m:
case 'slicetime'
BCH.index0 = {'slicetime'iA(cA)};
spm_slice_timing;
The slice timing case must be added to line in spm_bch_bchmat.m:
case {'headers','means','normalize','smooth','coreg','slicetime'}
The defination of batch variables is as follows:
%-------------------------------
% slicetime : STRUCT % [SLICETIME]
%-------------------------------
%...............[UNIQUE]...................
% 'numsubjects', INTEGER
% 'files', {STRING ARRAYS}
% 'acqplane'

% 2 <-> 'descending
