Dear SPMers
I am trying to analyse an erfMRI experiment where the events are assigned
post-hoc, and occur even when we are not scanning. This means that the
first event occurs before t=0, and ignoring these events leads to the
assumption that BOLD signal increases from zero at t=0 (which in reality it
isnt going to do). Is there any way to "trick" SPM into not having the
initial build-up from zero in activation?
thanks for the help
