Dear Bill,
thank you a lot for your reply! I have tried to add extra curly brackets
around the specified terms as you suggest, but that doesn't change much. I
still get the same error message. Anyway, from the spm_bch.man I can see
that double curly brackets are only needed if you specify variables as
part of a "struct(...". However, if variables are defined as
"model.variable" only single curly brackets are required.
