Subject: Between Session Replicability?
Dear All
During the SPM Course in Brighton last week some comments were made
regarding the limited replicability of activation between sessions
undertaken on different days when the same subject is scanned using the
same experimental design. My recollection is a bit hazy already but I'm
sure that this was thought to be not entirely due to scanner-based
differences but also due to differences in the pattern of activation
observed in a given subject. If anyone has any references to fMRI studies
that have explicitly examined this or even indirectly demonstrated this I
would appreciate the advice (or comments).
Cheers
-Bill
