Dear Yasmene,
keep cool! We will find the reason.
Your (emotional) description says what you have done, but not much about the
error message. The message 'Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback'
appears always when SPM crashes, because you started a job by using an user
interface (UI), but this is NOT the error messages, which says, what went
wrong.
You just said 'index exceeds matrix dimensions', but what matrix, which part
of the script, what was the name of the script, etc. These are the more
important information. I guess, the error message was much longer than this.
For example, it can be, that the error message belongs to something, which
happened before, which means, your statistics is done, but something before
your configuration went wrong.
So, what has SPM done? Are there statistical results in the working
directory?
Have you proofed, that you have copied all files back, or can it be, that
there are some files missing or some files added?
Can you give more information about the error message?
