Dear Ali,
You could also run SPM and Analyze (AVW 3.1) under Windows, but
with Linux you also have the ability to run NFS, which would
allow you to easily share files between other Linux boxes and SUNs.
Also a lot of other useful s/w such as BrainVoyager, mri3dX, etc.
will run under Linux, but not windows.
