Newsletter Social Sciences in Eastern Europe, special edition
Dear subscriber of this mailing list,
the Social Science Information Centre, Department Information Transfer
Eastern Europe at the GESIS Branch Office in Berlin collects and
disseminates information on social science research in Eastern Europe.
We would like to draw your attention to our latest publication on European
Integration:
"The Countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the EU: Attitudes und
Perceptions" (Special edition of the Newsletter "Social Science in Eastern
Europe")
This special edition of our newsletter includes articles in English
language written by social scientists from various Eastern European
countries. The publication presents hopes, fears and opinions on European
Enlargement as well as the attitudes of the population in East European
countries to the processes of European integration in the form of country
reports. It offers new insights into historical, political, economic and
social discourse in eight Central and Eastern European countries.
Enclosed in the e-mail attachment you will find our order form.
We would also like to direct your attention to the regular editions of the
newsletter that might be useful for your work. The newsletter contains
current background information and facts from the East European social
sciences (for example institution and journal profiles, research project
and conference notes). This service is free of charge. You can obtain the
Newsletter "Social Sciences in Eastern Europe" by e-mail four times a year.
