My lab is working with ITS-2 and 28S for several species of Dysidea
We are seeing about 14 to 28% divergence in ITS-2 between species, and 0 to
1% divergence within species.
For approx 300 bp of 28S, we see 3 to 6% divergence between species, with
very little or no divergence within species.
