*shudder* My local (lib) member knocked on my door this
week. I was speechless, literally. All I could think was how
did he get past the dog?? But she was carefully guarding the
feather doona on the bed. I just looked at him till he
realised I wasnt playing and he went away.
But after he left I wished I had taken the opportunity to
ask why it was necessary for this govt to keep a database
linked to my medicare card that identifies which
prescriptions I am taking and when. I am still amazed that I
have heard not one peep of dissent about this gross breach
of privacy in the media?

Well I discovered a few years ago that melbourne cup day is
a good day to go shopping (I hate crowds) so I spent the day
being Mallory Mall. Horse race? what horse race?? I even
bought something!

Hope not, just think what the arts could have done with the
$200mill bet on that race.
