The Braunstone Working Men's Club on the edge of 'The Dodge' , Leicester, is
noted for its weekend readings, which are as interesting as Chinese wishes,
but if you really want the authentic frisson of a feral reading I'd guess
somewhere like Motherwell might be the place to pitch for.
You could also try the Princess Charlotte, just down the road from here, but
you must remember to bring your broken bottle for admission.
I would be very wary currently tho' of employing the terms: 'foot', 'loose'
and 'wild' in respect of Britain and particularly the notion of travel.
