Frank,
There's more to Gunslinger than just volumes 1 & 2, and the first collected
edition was from Wingbow Press, Berkeley, in 1975. That covers Books 1 & 2,
The Cycle and Book 3 (the last two originally published by Frontier Press in
1972 and 1973). It's been republished suince but I can't recall the
publisher. It's a wonderful book.
