Well..., given the unlucky change of a baby in a man's womb (so far),
then a man should always watch and be referred to a specialist of the
abdomen if he is noticing an increase in the volume of his belly,
especially if the belly assumes the egg-shape shown in the photo resembling
a woman's pregnancy, since it could be not only the sign of an "ascite",
but sadly of a malignant cancer or of a pseudo-abdominal cist.
So, keep an eye to your belly (and do not trust the simple definition
of "beer-belly": it could actually hide a more serious pathology to be
immediately detected and treated).
