News reports have not yet clarified this, however, we are told that the
Prince was that much shocked that he asked for a glass of whisky and soda at
lunch afterwards, rather than his customary soft drink. The Palace, tho',
says that it was a 'minor incident'. Somewhat like a Glynn Maxwell reading
in that I guess.
Here I have more fear of bills in the post than anthrax, tho' I must confess
I regard the 'repeat' attempted bombing in Birmingham at the weekend as
distinctly weird, especially considering the comparisons that have been made
with the 1974 event and the WTC.
Off to the pub now, as a Report has just announced that males have a
'psychological need' to go to the pub. Ok, I'll buy that.
