Yup, if we get off on Mahler or dead singers we're doomed.
Tom Leonard and I hit it off right away because of our common devotion to
Mahler, to bring it back to poetry.
OK, I can't help myself. In the realm of the hypothetical, a Marian
Anderson _Das Lied_ would have been pretty amazing in her idiosycratic way.
Her _Kindertotenlieder_ is very powerful.
But enough.
