but I don't think so for the 2nd. A number of books about him & his work
have been published in Canada, but while I am a big fan of Volcano, I
haven't read them all... I'm pretty sure the shack was on the shore a bit
north of Vancouver... his wife, Marjorie, was Canadian but I think you're
right about her being a starlet at some point...
