I got to the point where I was thinking 'if I hear the word
"god" one more time I'm going to flush this thing down the
bloody toilet" or similar

Yes Jill its worth a read if only to know what they are
talking about. But then I've been following that policy a
lot since I got here and I've learned a bundle in the
