I've been brooding on david's ghostie thing, which I like lots, but
reluctant to contribute without something of my own too say --- easier
listening to everyone else unwrap it!!
But on revisiting (again) one line caught my eye:
"Test for balance and dynamics with an improbalometer (not enclosed)."
Which is more overt than the transpositions of mechanics in the rest.
An improbalometer as an instrument found on the walls of a pataphysical
laboratory?
Faustrol? The pooka of O'Brien's bicycle in the background somewhere?
Whatever, clever and funny, and at the opposite pole to Simon Armitage's
puke-inducing interview in today's Guardian.
