Hi Geraldine,
A friend of mine deleted sulfnbk.exe yesterday too. I was able to copy and
email the file to her (we arranged this by phone first) and she tells me she
successfully installed it in the C:\Windows\Command folder.
Some fire walls and virus software may quarantine an .EXE file received via
email. If so you should be able to restore the file from quarantine.
