Minnesota is mostly lake & swamp, at least the northern half. I'm not
sure who did the count, but Florida claims to have more of them.
Minnesotans will say that they only count "real lakes" whereas
Florida throws in any old slough. They come in all sizes - from
the largest in the world (Superior) to Mirror Lake, where I used
used to go skating with those blond sisters, Heidi & Holly,
along with everybody else in the neighborhood.
