Dorsiflexion of toes- "tightens" or "winds up" plantar fascia around head of
mets- resulting in: raising of medial longitudinal arch, rearfoot
supination, external rotation of leg, calcaneocuboid stability and
everything hunky dory. That's roughly the theory at least ;-)
Craig will probably give a better rough guide, butthats mine ( I'm enjoying
conjunctions and our conversations regarding them at moment, so I won't
bother to correct the typo).
