what i am saying is that the scenarios that you pose obviously show a clear
cut "winner", however, is the question that you ask or the scenarios you
pose distorted when you are dealing with an ASYMPTOMATIC child?
and does the ethical problem escalate when the child is ASYMPTOMATIC?>>
