Annals of Occupational Hygiene vol 45 number 2 will be published in the next
couple of weeks. The contents list is pasted below.
The issue includes an invited editorial by Nieuwenhuijsen and Burdorf on
research on baker's asthma; with two relevant papers: one on a monoclonal
based immunoassay for fungal alpha-amylase, and the other a case-control
study of symptoms and sensitization in flour-exposed workers. Other topics
include: an 8-laboratory study on a predicted heat strain model developed
from ISO 7933; a novel method for assessing protective gloves; a model
predicting welding fume formation from process parameters; and amphiboles in
Chinese chrysotile.
Abstracts of most Annals papers, like those of many other journals, are
available after publication on Medline on http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed/
Ann Occ Hyg is the journal of the British Occupational Hygiene Society, and
the BOHS Web site http://www.bohs.org/ includes provisional contents lists
for forthcoming issues.
