Hi Jackie
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
In regards to your report, I wonder if you can send a copy to
Bashyr. He can then send it on a "round Robin fashion" to all the
members of the group; each person keeping it for less than one
week. And if all the members can e-mail Bashyr ASAP on the
dates that will be convenient, I think that will be a more efficient
use of the time, as I am aware that some members may not have
time to access your report before the next meeting.
As a starter, Bashyr, I will be able devote time to the report in June.
Many thanks
lily

Dear Lily
Nice to hear from you.
It will be difficult, if not impossible, to email a copy of my report as
the appendices where all the real information is are huge.
What I will do is get another copy together for the use of the tutor group.
I have had a word with Basyr who was kind enough to do one of the proof
readings for me and he realises the problems with any other than hard copy.
I will be delighted to come to the next meeting of the group. I have put 6
July in my diary. Keep me posted about the final date.
Have a lovely holiday.
With best wishes
Jackie
