Dear All
What is the point of this email network? Is it to share information on
disasters so that people working in the secotr can perform better, can share
advice and information? Or is the purpose for individuals with too little
work to do, to share jokes at the expense of those caught up in the crisis.
I have found useful information from other contributors and have offered
information myself so I do not think that the network is drivel, but some
people now seem to be trying to make it that. If "disasters" do not
stimulate you, unsubscribe and don't waste everyone else's time.
Tony

i second the motion!!
i am in the process of compiling disaster related quotes, which i will share
with all soon. in the process some funny ones are also coming up. try
these for a flavour:
- If you can stay calm, while all around you is chaos... then you probably
haven't completely understood the seriousness of the situation.
- A person who smiles in the face of adversity...probably has a scapegoat.
- If at first you don't succeed, try management.
- When the going gets tough, the tough take a coffee break.
i will be grateful for contributions from anybody (serions or non-serious
quotes).
best,
anshu sharma
