We would like to hear from anyone who has experience of using the Active
Baseline Subtraction facility on a Stanford Research SR250 boxcar. We
have a laser running at 10Hz, the output of a photodiode is
frequency-doubled to drive the boxcar at 20Hz and we want to subtract
the baseline during alternate pulses. All we get at the moment is a flat
line, as the boxcar appears to be subtracting signal from signal. As
with most devices of this nature, the manual is of no help whatsoever.
