The team were from the Exmoor Mines Research Group in conjunction with the
Somerset Industrial Archaeology Society. The site of the engine house was
excavation and investigations made to determine the site and role of the
Letbridge 'iron mill'. Details of the results, and detailed plans of the
engine house site, were published in the former's newsletter. A report will
have been deposited with the county SMR and the Exmoor National Park.
