Dear All,
Since nobody has chosen to advise, I must do so further - WITHOUT POLITICS AT
ALL.
It is now an actionable offence to use footpaths, all forestry, and open land
. I have seen first hand people ignoring this law, but I am certain that
none of us will do same. Please report to the Police anybody you see
flaunting this legislation - it is a duty - not telling.
Access to Bwlch-Glas Mine is now denied to all for this reason until further
notice - as obviously Bryn-Dyfi as well: As a footnote: I am now fully aware
some have been visiting B.Glas mine without permission for personal gain, and
future access is now in doubt - I add non NAMHO members to my knowledge.
Absolutely Anybody found on this land without full & proper permission will
face the FULL consequences. Further more, Anyone found Removing Minerals from
this mine without permission (V.V.particularly selling same), will be
reported to the Police - there will be absolutely no exceptions whatsoever. A
full analysis is available as proof of origin. Any breach whatsoever will
result in the total blasting-in of all the workings.
As to the F&M matter: If you find a footpath without a sign, please put one
onto the gate or stile - the Councils can't be everywhere. We thank you for
your co-operation in this matter.
Many Thanks, Bernard.
p.s. Thank you all very much those who have given your very valuable support.
Kind Regards, and Thank You for Your Support, Bernard.
