Landmark Publishing have announced the publication of 'Collieries of South
Wales' by John Cornwell - which they claim is 'the finest photographic book
on the post-war South Wales coalfields ever produced'.
For more details go to http://www.landmarkpublishing.co.uk
The book covers 39 collieries but it is evidently only the first in a
series. I've not seen a copy - any comments from members who have?
