Subject: IAM (The International Alliance of Midwives)
Hello,
Midwifery Today is pleased to announce a new birth. With the goal of birth
renaissance in mind we bring you our newest baby-the International Alliance
of Midwives (IAM). All practitioners and activists interested in birth
change and international midwifery are welcome to join.
IAM is a Web-based organization, we have a directory for members on our Web
site as well as a newsletter and other great features. If you are interested
in joining, please go to:
http://www.midwiferytoday.com/iam
The charge for a yearly membership in IAM is $20 U.S.. If you would like to
join IAM, but cannot afford to pay for a membership, you can become a member
by writing an article for the online newsletter, by translating material
into another language, or by carrying out other volunteer tasks the alliance
will need to have done.
Please support IAM, even if you are unable to join, by placing this banner
on your Web site.
