7th June - 8th June
Sainsbury Wing Theatre
National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 5DN

If you would like to attend the Museum Computer Meeting at the National
Gallery on June 7th - 8th 2001 please return the enclosed form or e-mail
Steve Jones at [log in to unmask] (it would be a great help if
you included 'MCG' in the subject line)

The meeting will be held in the Sainsbury Wing Theatre. Enter the Gallery
via the Sainsbury Wing entrance and follow the signs - the Gallery opens at
10:00.

The afternoon session on Thursday starts with the first MCG AGM where
officers will be elected. Note that nomination forms should be returned to
Sue Gordon and not to the Gallery.

The Friday morning session will start with a visit to the IT Gallery at the
National Portrait Gallery. If you are planning to attend only on the Friday
morning then note that we will be assembling at 9:20 at the Orange Street
entrance to the NPG (by the long ramp).

A list of central London hotels that have been checked by Gallery staff
available
- these are all close to the Gallery but are expensive! E-mail me if you
would like
this list The London Tourist Board web site at
http://www.londontouristboard.co.uk/
has lists of various types of accommodation, including B&Bs.

If there is enough interest we will try and arrange a meal on Thursday
evening. If you are interested in this please indicate on the response form
(included below).

If you have any questions either e-mail me at the above address or call me
on 020 7747 5830.
