You could try looking at Portfolio, which is promoted as an digital asset
system - http://www.extensis.com/portfolio/
Also, we have recently purchased EMu as our new collections information
system with the four other designated museums in Manchester. EMu has a
multimedia module and the system can publish to an intranet or the internet.
