Thanks everybody for your support. The main problem is just
the rowdies, or the ones skulking in the bookstacks using
their mobile phones - who then take great umbrage at being
asked who they are.
I guess they aint going to say, knowing that they might get
a £5 fine slapped on their library record.
Yes it is in our School regs, it is a disciplinary offence
to not declare oneself to an officer of the School but at
the end of the day I hate to make such a big issue out of
these relatively minor offences.
I think one has to just keep on and on and on until they
get the message. They arent a bad lot, just noisy!
