Administrator for the M25 Staff Development Group and University of London
Staff Training Group (part-time, 0.8 FTE) - fixed term for 6 months
A motivated self-starter is needed to carry out the administration of the
activities of the M25 Staff Development Group and the University of London
Staff Training Group. Main duties will include booking places on training
courses and visits, designing and disseminating publicity for the groups'
activities, monitoring and processing invoices and taking minutes at
meetings.
The postholder is required to attend all training sessions organised, and
this post therefore offers excellent opportunities for self-development and
career progression.
The successful applicant will have at least 5 A-C GCSEs or be educated to
NVQ Level 3. Experience of customer service and basic IT skills are also
essential, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. A degree and
experience of organising training events would be advantageous.
Salary within the range CRA2/3, £12,692 - £14,535 / £14,535 - £16,490 pro
rata per annum inclusive of London Weighting. In addition, Library Services
offers a generous leave allowance and a flexitime system.
