Is anyone able to offer an opinion of :
Reader's Guide to the Social Sciences
edited by Jonathan Michie, Published by Fitzroy Dearborn
http://www.fitzroydearborn.com/rgsocsci.htm
Specifically, is it useful as a stand-alone reference tool as well as a
bibliography? I need to give an answer by tomorrow, which doesn't give me
time to go to an external library to consult Walfords and the like, or to
find a copy 'in the flesh' to evaluate!
Our readers are general humanities students, in the second year of an
American BA.
Many thanks in advance.
