- The course aims to give practical skills in basic questioning techniques,
subject analysis.
- The course is aimed at library assistants or newly qualified librarians
working in higher education.
- It is not suitable for enquiry desk veterans.
- The course is highly interactive. You will be expected to join in the
exercises in order to get the most from the course.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF THIS COURSE WILL BE £25.00 TO ALL M25
CONSORTIUM INSTITUTIONS AND £30.00 TO ALL NON-M25 INSTITUTIONS. THIS FEE
COVERS THE COST OF COURSE NOTES AND REFRESHMENTS.
