Hi all,
Someone has asked me for a source for the quotation "Until one is committed
there is hesitancy . . . the moment one definitely commits oneself, then
Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would
never otherwife have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the
decision, raising in oone's favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and
meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have
come his way."
I have traced it to W Murray, A Scottish Himalayan Expedition, published by
Dent in 1951. However, I cannot find the page reference and would
appreciate it if someone who has access to this book could let me know.
thanks
krys
