 Progressive Majority in the 2000 Elections
      Examines the results of the 2000 US Presidential election

 Children's Internet Protection Act
      Full text versions of the Children's Internet Protection
      Act (CIPA) and the Neighborhood Children's Internet
      Protection Act (NCIPA) passed by the US Congress. The Acts
      state that public libraries must adopt policies to prevent
      users accessing pornographic material via their Internet
      connections. Failure to do so will result in Federal funds,
      intended to finance Internet access, being withheld.
 Military Operations Archive

      Reference publication presenting a series of rules to be
      followed when using various punctuation marks. Also

      problems such as effect vs. affect.
 Elements of Style
      Full-text of William Strunk's 1918 reference work. Sets out

      mushrooms. An extensive recipe collection is also included.
 EAA - Emergence of Advertising in America: 1850-1920
      Images pertaining to the history of US advertising,
      arranged into categories including J. Walter Thompson
      Company "House Ads", Ellis Collection of Kodakiana,
      Scrapbooks, and Tobacco Advertising. Each category is fully
