Since my request last Friday for providers of electronic versions of
foreign-language newspapers, I've had several very helpful leads --
and in time-honoured fashion will share the wisdom of other lis-
linkers with you.
Most frequent suggestions included:
.Reuters Business Briefing: http://www.factiva.com for more
information
.Lexis-Nexis Professional, Lexis-Nexis Executive, etc.
.Chadwyck Healy for CD-ROM version of "Le monde", "Il Sole 24
Ore"
.Contact"El Pais" directly as they can supply a CD-ROM version
And, from Bill Sees (Roesch Library, University of Dayton), a very
interesting URL: "You may want to use the search engine at
Project Jake to find out about the availability of full text journal
articles and online versions of journals. The URL is
http://mercury.lib.sfu.ca/~tholbroo/sfujake/search.cgi
Project Jake is a cooperative project whose goal is to provide a
comprehensive database about the availability of full text
resources."
Hope this helps others.

Mary
