May I put a request out on behalf of the BBC. They are currently filming a
drama called McCready and Daughter (featuring Patsy Palmer). One episode
takes place in a library - was it Colonel Mustard with a candlestick?
They're not saying. But a vital clue is in a series of green leather bound
books (20 volumes approx, about A4 size, spines about 8 cms wide) At least
one should have removable pages, loose leaf but not like a folder (this
isn't entirely necessary as their designer should be able to do something).
If the volumes are of clipped-in indexes they'll be thrilled but they're
happy to hear from anyone with something close. They'd like to
borrow/hire/help dispose of these volumes and are happy to make whatever are
the most suitable arrangements with anyone who has such a collection.
They're hoping to film around the 4th April.
If you'd like to get back to me, I'll put you in touch with the BBC.
Thanks for your time.
